Fashion Steer is dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service. To facilitate smooth returns and exchanges, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Returns & Exchanges

REQUISITES FOR RETURNABLE ARTICLES:
1. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
2. The condition of the item should be as good as new, with attached tags.
3. A 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee is applicable.
4. For USA residents, returns are accepted exclusively through USPS courier service.

REQUISITES FOR NON-RETURNABLE ARTICLES:
1. Custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Alterations for non-returnable items are possible for a nominal fee ($15 to $40), depending on the alteration needed.
3. Orders are processed according to the buyer’s selected size and colors, and no refund or exchange is allowed in such cases.
4. Worn or altered items are not eligible for return; please inspect items upon receipt.
5. No refund or return for customers placing orders for multiple products simultaneously.

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Request approval for return/exchange by emailing returns@FashionSteer.com.
2. Include your name, order number, and the email address used for the order.
3. A sales representative will respond within 48 working hours with further instructions.
4. Once approved, the Warehouse address in South Asia for return shipment will be provided.

How to get refund

REFUND & PROCESSING:

1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after receiving the return.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. A $39 restocking fee will be deducted for returns.
